How do I return something to Tennessee Police Supply?
When returning items:
1. No iems will be accepted without a return authorization.
2. All returned items must be in the original packaging.
3. Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be unused and in the original packaging and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
3. We will not give a credit or refund for used merchandise.
4. If you have received a defective item from us, return the item and a copy of your invoice. Please inform us which you prefer: a replacement item or a refund for the defective merchandise.
5. All refunds will be less shipping costs. We will not pay for shipping returns or for shipping costs. We will pay for shipping for a replacement item.
For orders that are damaged in shipping:
Please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to notify the shipper. We are not responsible for items once they leave our control.
